Technical Support Representative (TSR) HVAC Training
Johnstone Supply – The Ware Group provides HVAC/R professionals with access to quality training and education. We are currently offering TSR training from November 2023 through April 2024 and encourage everyone in the industry to consider registering for a course to enhance.
Our courses help technicians better understand the start-up and servicing processes of the latest technology in the industry. These classes focus on the Daikin Fit Amana S-Series and Mitsubishi M&P Series ductless systems.

Daikin Fit Amana S-series
Our training sessions give installers and service technicians the latest information regarding current products and techniques. In this particular course, we will review current best practices for installation, start-up, and commissioning. In addition, we will dive into the service and troubleshooting procedures of these systems and major components, along with collecting and analyzing data with the Bluetooth D-checker tool on the DAIKIN Fit and Amana S-series side discharge systems.
Mitsubishi M&P Field Service
The Mitsubishi M&P 4-Hour Field Service Class provides participants with an understanding of the fundamentals of Mitsubishi M & P Series ductless systems. During this 4-hour seminar, you will be introduced to the concepts and theories of operation – including an overview of the unique technologies employed – system design, installation, and the fundamentals of troubleshooting M-series and P-series systems.

Dan has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of residential, light commercial, VRV, and ductless HVAC systems. He is a member of RSES and has held Nate specialties in gas and oil furnaces, air-to-air heat pumps, and airflow. He is a Mitsubishi-certified DSG trainer for Johnstone Supply – The Ware Group.
Wilson Newhouse (Tampa & South Florida Territories)
Wilson's career in the HVAC industry spans four decades, and he is passionate about passing along his expertise to the next generation of professionals.
Chuck Parks (North Florida & Central Florida Territories)
Chuck grew up in the air conditioning field. He joined the Johnstone team in February 2016 with the hope of expanding his career and has since taken on the position of Technical Support.
